GPCR-OKB is an effort to disseminate to the scientific community organized, curated, and detailed information about G Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) dimerization/oligomerization, and its related structural context. To this end, we have designed an information scheme to manage the elements of information needed to describe comprehensively the phenomena of both homo- and hetero-oligomerization of GPCRs. This resource is the result of a community dialog involving experimental and computational experts in the field of GPCRs.
